Can I choose the law applicable to my succession?

This depends on the deceased’s nationality. The law which applies to the succession is the law of the country whose nationality the deceased held at the time of his/her death. Polish law does not allow any derogation from this law, so that it is not possible for a testator to choose the law applicable to his/her own succession.
